What to Know About the New Jersey-Based Brand of High Peak Sportswear and Its Impact on the Nike+ program

High Peak, the maker of the Nike high-tops, announced today that it has acquired the brand of high-top sneakers from the New York-based company, Nike+.
High Peak said that the acquisition, which is expected to close in the second quarter, is an extension of the company’s long-term strategic partnership with Nike+ for its Nike+ line of sneakers.
“The acquisition of Nike+ will allow us to continue our commitment to building great products, and we look forward to the many opportunities for our Nike++ team to grow,” said Scott Bair, High Peak CEO.
“We’re proud to be an integral part of the new Nike+ ecosystem, and look forward in growing our team and providing great shoes to our loyal fans.”
The new Nike high laces will be available through Nike+ in the first quarter of 2020.
